Concrete Flatwork Serving Akron, AL

Akron is home. B&T Concrete is based here — a small Hale County town near the Black Warrior River, and the center of the 70-mile circle we serve. When your contractor lives on the same ground you're building on, the soil isn't a line in a sales pitch. It's the backyard.

The Ground in Akron

Akron sits where river-bottom land meets upland clay and the edge of the Black Belt. Bradley knows this ground the way you only can by living on it: where the clay runs deep, where the bottomland stays soft into spring, and what both mean for a slab that has to last.

What Akron Homeowners Call About

For Akron and the surrounding stretch of Hale County, we're the local option in the plainest sense — no trip charge mentality, no big-metro attitude about small-town work. Driveways, pads, walks, walls: if it's residential flatwork on this ground, it's exactly what we set up to do.

What We Pour in Akron

Residential flatwork only · 200 sq ft project minimum · Free estimates · Owner on every pour.

The Same Process, On Your Ground

1.Walk

A sit-down and walk-through before ground breaks. Nothing gets assumed — grade, drainage, access, and what you actually want out of the slab.

2.Prep

Base compacted. Rebar set. Bradley photographs the base depth and steel and texts it to your phone before any truck backs in.

3.Pour

Owner on site for every pour. A jobsite photo texted to you by 5pm every work day, so you always know where your project stands.

4.Prove

A final walk-around with you before we leave the property. You keep every photo of what went under your concrete.
