What to Expect

The Proof-Before-Pour Process

Four steps. One rule: nothing that matters gets buried without you seeing it first. Walk → Prep → Pour → Prove.

01

Step 1 — Walk

The Sit-Down — Nothing Gets Assumed

Before ground breaks, we sit down and walk your property together. The sit-down covers the water story (where runoff comes from and where it goes), grade and access, what the slab has to carry — now and in twenty years — and what red clay does on your specific lot. You get a firm quote from that walk-through, not a guess from the road. A slab can't be un-poured, so every decision gets made here, out loud.

Step 2 — Prep

The Part That Decides Everything — Photographed

Bad ground comes out: topsoil, roots, loose fill. Compacted stone base goes in — mechanically compacted, not raked smooth. Rebar gets tied into a grid and set on chairs so the steel rides the middle of the slab. Then the step nobody else does: Bradley inspects the base depth, compaction, and rebar spacing, photographs it, and texts it to your phone BEFORE any truck backs in. Everything in that photo disappears under gray the next day — this is your only window to see it, and we make sure you do.

Step 3 — Pour

Owner on Site. Photo by 5pm.

The truck backs in and Bradley is standing there — every pour, no exceptions. The crew places, screeds, and finishes with a standard broom surface, control joints go in on a plan (not eyeballed), and weather that would ruin a cure means we don't pour, period. Every work day, a jobsite photo lands on your phone by 5pm so you always know exactly where your project stands.

Step 4 — Prove

The Final Walk-Around — You Keep the Photos

Before we leave your property for good, we do a final walk-around together: edges, joints, cleanup, cure instructions with real numbers for foot and vehicle traffic. You keep every photo from the whole job — including the ones of what's under your concrete, which no one else can ever show you after the fact. And if you ever need to call about the work, warranty calls get answered within 24 hours. That's a communication standard we hold ourselves to.
